Can I return an item I ordered?
Yes, returns are possible.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it, provided that:

• Your order contains all the correct parts, components and packaging as it arrives.

• The product has been handled normally. Damage caused by negligence is not covered.

• Hygiene-sensitive items are thoroughly cleaned before beginning the return process.

• The product is found to be defective on arrival.

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

• Returns will be processed within 7 business days and formally accepted within this period if the conditions are met.

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse returns if we believe the item has been used or damaged for reasons not our fault.

How to process a return:

Please include the following information in your email:

• Order number

• Reason for return

• If damaged, please provide a photo of the product

• Customer's name (first name + last name)

• Your address

We will then contact you and provide you with a return address. Please contact us before sending your return. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you (excluding the carrier) receives or acknowledges receipt of the last item. As we use a fully automated system, orders are processed instantly. Therefore, the delivery process cannot be interrupted and refunds are not possible once the product has arrived.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Tokyo Boutique) of your withdrawal from this contract by clear declaration (e.g. by email). Your withdrawal will be complete once we receive the goods. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Records of items in transit:

If the item has already been shipped to you, it cannot be cancelled. Please return the item after receiving it. You can also notify us of your intention to cancel in advance. To ensure a prompt return, we require you to send us a delivery confirmation.

Consequences of cancellation:

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery charges (but not including any additional costs if you choose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the date of your notice of withdrawal from this contract and the date of receipt of the goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction. Unless expressly agreed, there will be no refund fees.
